Turbo Failure and Causes
When the turbo fails, the cause of the problem is directly found without investigating the cause of the problem. However, the reason for the deterioration of the turbo may be due to any other malfunction in the engine.
External factors such as poor quality or insufficient lubrication, foreign materials entering the intake or exhaust volute, repairs made by non-authorized service personnel, and overheating may cause the turbo to fail. Unless these factors that disrupt the turbo are improved, even if a new turbo is installed in the vehicle, it will fail again in a short time. In other words, changing the turbo is not always the right answer.. The main thing is to balance the propeller with the constantly updated turbo setting bench after the correct equipment and technically knowledgeable staff, and to make the necessary repair and part replacement, and to adjust the air flow according to the model and type of the vehicle.
